Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product(s). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges of AUKEYLINE products purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Returns Process
(Excluding Black Friday and other promotions)

To start a return, please email us at support@AUKEYLINE.com to request a return label. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the next steps once we receive your request.

🔁 Please write your order number on the return package and upload the shipping tracking number after sending it. We will process your refund after receiving the returned item. Thank you for your cooperation!

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please submit a photo of the damage along with your order number to support@AUKEYLINE.com within 14 days of delivery. Use the subject line: “DAMAGED” for faster processing.

Items Not Received

If any part of your order is missing, please contact us at support@AUKEYLINE.com with your order number and the subject line: “MISSING ITEM.”

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons of preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will depend on the courier service you select.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), you will not be charged for return shipping.
