Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Approved returns will receive a full product refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns Process (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotions)

To initiate a return, please email us at support@AUKEYLINE.com to request a return label. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with further instructions after receiving your email.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please submit a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to support@AUKEYLINE.com within 14 days of delivery. Use the subject line: "DAMAGED" for prompt assistance.

Items Not Received

If any part of your order is missing, please contact us at support@AUKEYLINE.com with your order number and the subject line: "MISSING ITEM".

Shipping Information

We ship orders via 4PX. Orders totaling $39.9 or more qualify for free shipping. Standard delivery times are estimated at 7-10 business days.
